Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Emrge Research LLC website (emrge.org) and all products purchased through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Emrge Research LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site or placement of orders following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this page.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Emrge Research LLC with respect to your use of this site and purchase of our products, superseding all prior understandings or agreements.
Eligibility & Purchaser Responsibility
To purchase from Emrge Research LLC you must:
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Be a qualified researcher, laboratory professional, or institutional buyer.
- Have the legal authority to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction.
- Not be purchasing on behalf of any person for purposes of human or veterinary use.
By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that all of the above are true. Emrge Research LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe the purchaser does not meet eligibility requirements or intends to misuse the products.
You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of purchasing, possessing, and using any specific compound in your jurisdiction. Laws regarding research compounds vary significantly by country, state, and locality. Emrge Research LLC makes no representations about the legality of any compound in any particular jurisdiction and accepts no liability for purchases made in jurisdictions where such compounds are restricted or prohibited.
Product Information
All product descriptions, specifications, and research information provided on this website are for informational purposes only. This information is drawn from publicly available scientific literature and does not constitute medical advice, a clinical recommendation, or an endorsement of any particular use.
Purity & Testing: All compounds are third-party tested by Janoshik Analytical Laboratory using HPLC methodology. Certificates of Analysis are published on our website and provided with each order. Emrge Research LLC does not independently guarantee specific purity beyond the values stated in COA documentation from our testing laboratory.
Storage: All lyophilized compounds must be stored at −20°C. Emrge Research LLC is not responsible for compound degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.
Availability: Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Orders, Payments & Shipping
Minimum Order: A minimum order value of $100 (excluding shipping) is required on all orders.
Shipping: Standard shipping is $20 flat. Free shipping applies to orders over $300 (after discounts, before shipping). We ship within the United States only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmed payment. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days via USPS or similar carrier. A tracking number is provided by email upon dispatch.
Payment Methods: We accept card payments via PayGate (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay), Zelle, Cash App, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDC). Some card transactions may require identity verification (KYC). Zelle and Cash App orders are held for processing until manual payment confirmation is received. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting order@emrge.org. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails or is reversed after dispatch, Emrge Research LLC reserves the right to pursue recovery of the outstanding amount.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or containing an incorrect product, please contact order@emrge.org within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and, where the error is confirmed to be on our part, issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Lost Shipments: If a shipment is lost in transit, please allow 10 business days from the expected delivery date before contacting us. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment. Replacements for lost shipments are issued at our sole discretion.
Refunds, where issued, are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method where applicable, or as store credit.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Emrge Research LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- The use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased from Emrge Research LLC.
- Any reliance on information provided on this website.
- Any unauthorized use of products outside of legitimate scientific research.
- Any health, safety, legal, or other consequences resulting from use of our products.
In all cases, Emrge Research LLC's maximum liability to any purchaser shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and survives any failure of essential purpose.
The purchaser assumes all risk associated with the purchase, possession, storage, and use of research compounds. Emrge Research LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond those explicitly stated in a Certificate of Analysis.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect: When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment information. Payment card data is processed by our payment processors (PayGate) and is never stored on our servers. Crypto and manual payment methods do not involve card data.
How We Use Your Information: We use your information solely to process and fulfill your order, communicate with you about your order, and send tracking information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Affiliate Tracking: If you arrive via an affiliate referral link, a first-party cookie is set to track the referral for commission attribution. No personally identifiable information is shared with affiliates beyond confirmation that a qualifying order was placed.
Data Retention: Order records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for accounting and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting order@emrge.org, subject to our legal retention obligations.
Cookies: This site uses minimal functional cookies for session management (age verification) and affiliate attribution. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking pixels.
Security: All data transmitted to and from this website is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
